SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING.
Semi-Private Training combines the focus of personalized coaching with the motivation of training alongside 2–4 others. Each session is tailored to your goals, giving you the structure, support, and accountability you need to move better, get stronger, and stay consistent.
Small Group Training.
Get the attention of personal training with the energy of a small group. These classes focuses on full body and builds real strength using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises, all in a motivating, supportive environment.

Ideal for all levels, from beginners to seasoned lifters.
MOM & BABY FIT.
A welcoming, supportive space for new and expecting moms to stay strong and active. These classes are designed for all fitness levels and stages of motherhood (prenatal and postnatal).
During these sessions you’ll rebuild strength safely, improve posture and core stability, boost energy and reduce stress and connect with other moms in a fun, inclusive environment.
Bring your baby in a carrier or stroller no need for childcare, just show up and move!
yoga.
Yoga is more than just exercise, it’s a practice that unites movement, breath, and mindfulness to strengthen both body and mind. Rooted in ancient traditions, yoga helps improve flexibility, mobility, and balance while also reducing stress and restoring calm. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, each class is designed to meet you where you are, creating a supportive space to feel energized, centred, and connected.
