There, she discovered not only the power of consistent exercise in rehabilitation, but also the value of individualized care that evolves alongside each client, ensuring their plan stays aligned with their progress and goals. She developed a strong belief that every client deserves thoughtful evaluation, personalized support, and a tailored approach to achieve lasting results.
In 2023, she moved to Orillia and opened a small training studio. In 2024, she partnered with Tim Purkiss to form Movement Space, integrating hands-on therapy with strength and movement coaching. Sangeetha continues to advance her knowledge in biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation and is completing her Manual Osteopathy diploma, set to finish in 2026.

Timothy holds a Diploma in Massage Therapy, Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice, and a Diploma in Acupuncture Therapy, all earned with Honours. He is also a Strength Coach with additional certifications in Medical Acupuncture and Active Release Technique (ART).
His treatment style integrates manual therapy, movement correction, and performance-based training to support long-term results, not just short-term relief.

Taylor combines manual therapy with structured strength and movement programming to create individualized plans that improve mobility, build strength, and support long-term resilience. At Movement Space, he draws on his experience and ongoing education to guide clients safely and effectively through every stage of their fitness journey. He values continuing education and is currently finishing his diploma in Manual Osteopathy, set to be completed by the end of 2026.

She is a two-time nationally qualified bodybuilder with a deep passion for calisthenics and functional movement. Her mission is to make movement a lasting part of everyone’s life. Known for her supportive, strength-focused approach, Brittany helps clients rebuild confidence, improve mobility, and move with purpose in their everyday lives. She guides clients at Movement Space through customized plans that prioritize functional strength, steady progress, and lasting mobility.

Katherine integrates her medical experience across pharmacy, rheumatology, private practice, hospital, and multi-disciplinary clinic settings to provide patients with informed guidance on their physical treatment and wellness goals. She has taught Suction Cupping and Kinesio Taping courses and incorporates a variety of modalities to personalize each treatment and plan.
Her additional training includes chronic pain and condition-specific care, dermoneuromodulation, oncology massage, post-surgical scar tissue management, gender-affirming care, sports massage, concussion management, and lymphatic drainage.

Panthea is a sports and rehabilitation-focused massage therapist who practices evidence-based, patient-centred care. She is committed to ongoing professional growth and continuing education to provide the highest level of care to her patients.
With numerous additional certifications and training, Panthea incorporates a variety of techniques and modalities in her treatments, including medical acupuncture (McMaster University), cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), fascial and myofascial release, TMJ treatments, and trigger point therapy.

Her approach focuses on building strong foundations of movement, strength, and nutrition to support long-term health and performance. At Movement Space, Danyah helps clients of all levels build strength, improve mobility, and move confidently, creating individualized plans that emphasize sustainable progress and long-term resilience.
