TM

Post-Chemotherapy, Injury Recovery

I had my first visit to Movement Space and had a great experience. Thank you, Tim—you clearly know your craft. After struggling for over 10 years with post-chemotherapy issues, fibromyalgia pain, and injury-related limitations, I noticed improvement after just one session; my shoulder is moving again and even cracked, which shows the treatment is helping to release long-standing restriction. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone post-chemotherapy or recovering from any type of injury.

Mark

Sports & Exercise Professional

As a sport and exercise focused chiropractor I cannot recommend Sangeetha highly enough! She has become my go-to referral for patients that require improvements in strength and conditioning. She takes the time to thoroughly assess, and I can trust patients will receive safe and effective programming. Thank you Sangeetha for being so awesome!

Claire

Fitness goals & techniques

I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Sang and it has been such a great experience. I came to her at a point where I felt stuck and was scared to lift heavier on my own. She showed me how to use proper form and really helped me gain confidence to progress further. Sang is so incredibly knowledgeable about proper lifting technique and how to avoid injury, I learned so much! I would recommend her to anyone looking to take their fitness journey to the next level, no matter where they are starting from.

Stephanie

Back injury, post-partum

I first went to Tim/Movement Space to treat a nagging back injury that kept flaring up post partum. I immediately recognized the quality of treatment and knowledge of all the practitioners at this space was on another level. Both Tim and Sangeetha looked at my back pain through a different lens that I had ever experienced before - not just treating the acute issues but looking at everything from my core strength, squat form, overall strength etc to prevent further injury and help me improve how I felt overall. This has had a positive impact on my life at home and in my dynamic workplace.

Brent

Shoulder injury, lifting goals

I had a chance to meet and observe the Movement Space team team in action. They are all athletes/lifters and trained in various healing and coaching modalities. I have lifted and played sports for 45 years and they taught me lifting cues that I had never learned. Tim was able to mobilize my seriously injured shoulder within 15 minutes and coach me onto the start of pain-free bench pressing that I haven't experienced in 10 years. Highly recommend for acute injuries or coaching/training/maintenance.
